About the founders

Welcome and thank you for considering our services. My name is Joshua Phelps, a proud native of Lee County. After completing my college education, I dedicated a decade to serving our local community. With a strong foundation in construction from my younger years and a genuine desire to help, I became a licensed insurance adjuster. Throughout my career, I've handled numerous cases involving water leaks, fire, floods, mold, biohazards, and more.
